Our K-12 Programs (PCI) are the first tier of our STEM pipeline support.  We engage, expose and mentor over 5,000 K-12 students through our local and national programs each year.

NSBE Jr., our main K-12 program, provides activities to help students discover firsthand how engineering and technology relate to the world around them and discover the excitement of academic excellence, leadership, technical development and teamwork.

Mentoring is also a major part of our K-12 programs. The students in our 170+ NSBE Jr. Chapters and in our local communities have unfettered access to the 16,000 collegiates and professionals in our network.  With this kind of access they are sure to see what they can be!
